At Foundations Preschool our amazing program provides the foundation for children to achieve the skills they need before continuing their education. To achieve this we consider that the developmental needs and interests of each child is unique and special and as such provide the commitment that every child is to be valued, respected, and cherished for being the individual they are. We use appropriate programs combined with a nurturing environment that together foster the cognitive, physical, social, emotional, sensory, and creative development of each child.

Foundations Preschool also offers an enhancement to our existing Preschool Program. Pre K Accelerated for example is designed for children that are 4 years old going into kindergarten the next school year. This September-May program includes a small group, structured, theme based, instructional approach for Kindergarten readiness. The curriculum is designed to teach all the basics: reading, math, science, and social studies. Lesson plans include phonics awareness, sight words, number concepts, cause and effect, and more.

As a privately owned and operated company, we are able to provide the individual touch your child needs. We are hands on with the daily operations of all of our centers. We also have program coordinators, regional directors and a tremendous, engaged staff of committed workers to help support all of our programs.

Our curriculum team reaches goals that are far above other centers’ standards. We are always continuing to update and improve our daily lesson plans as well as stay up-to-date with the newest and finest technology available for young minds.

We offer a Home cooked meal daily prepared by our own cooks. USDA-approved meals are prepared with love in our kitchens each day. Each Meal has all the necessary food pyramid groups for a complete balanced lunch, as well as being kid-friendly so your child enjoys their lunch.

The ProCare Parent Engagement App allows parents to receive individual updates daily about the progress of their child including pictures, meal menus, curriculum, diaper changing / potty training and much more. Watch Me Grow is always available for parents and grandparents to become involved in their child’s daily activities at school by viewing a password-secured site. This is controlled by the parents, and is available for a nominal fee.

Safety, Security & Play

Infant, child and adult certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory for our entire staff, as well as continued Education in Early Childhood course thought-out the year.

Parents are given individual access codes upon enrollment to access front doors as well as classroom hallways doors.

Large separate playgrounds are designed for ultimate play for infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age children and are built to meet the American Society for Testing and Materials and Consumer Product Safety Commission guidelines.

Your child’s safety and security is important to us. Our facilities have the highest possible childcare safety precautions, including features such as security cameras, staffed front desks, completely alarmed facility which includes all doors- when our teachers exit to playground our front staff is notified, and telephones in every room.
